Have not actually gone for a follow up yet. This review is based purely on the difficult it is to get answers. It's a constant game of phone tag between us and Dr's assistant. We don't ever actually get to speak to the doctor so she takes the questions, goes to ask him, relays the answers and repeat. Not to mention she is terrible at answering the phone. This is extremely frustrating. We will see if the actual appointment is any better.
