Plainview Meditation at 535 South Oyster Bay Road, Plainview, New York.

I was introduced to this meditation by my sister who gifted me a one-month pass. I spent my whole life trying to earn a lot of money, so I considered this meditation as a break at first. After completing one level, the whole world seemed different. It was totally an unexpected surprise but a welcome one.
The practice was very easy and each level I enjoyed gaining enlightenment. Also, I felt more at ease with myself and could find empathy with others. That is why I completed all the levels.
I feel my life has become free and every moment is a bliss. I believe meeting this meditation was a true blessing for me.
A month ago when I finished the meditation, I felt gratitude toward life and others around me. And I could truly understand the phrase “The world is a beautiful place!” The world is truly beautiful!

I cannot express how much this place has helped me in the last couple of months. After being so depressed, angry and stressed out for years this place had made me realize how much of a better person I can become and live happier in life. I am much more calm and I react to situations in a very mindful way. This is just the beginning and I cannot wait for the ending with my steps here at the meditation center. I highly recommend this place and the people here are amazing !! Meditation is the way to go for anyone who wants to live a stress free life.
