Residence Inn by Marriott Plainview Long Island at 9 Gerhard Rd, Plainview, New York.

came to this hotel for two days for an educational seminar. It is May and 60° and the air conditioning is on like it was Alaska! Despite asking staff several times to lower the air conditioning in the room it remained cold and freezing. today was day two of the seminar again cold, and also a cold damp rainy day, the parking is limited at this hotel, and today on rainy day I parked in garage (nobody said I couldn’t). Only to find a sticker on my handicapped tagged car (NO handicap spots available/no valet).In addition wait staff at hotel restaurant (very nice) but limited (not enough staff) & needed reminders on requests, BOTH days. Chose to eat there for convenience vs going out both days.
I wouldn’t recommend this place unless they IMPROVED on their service!
